本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Chicomaru Studio（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリケーション「Kotori Note」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービスの内容
本アプリは、小鳥の体重・食事・健康状態を記録・管理するためのアプリケーションです。無料プランとプレミアムプランをご用意しています。
2. アカウント
- 本アプリのご利用にはGoogleまたはAppleアカウントによるサインインが必要です
- アカウント情報の管理はお客様ご自身の責任で行ってください
- 不正利用が発覚した場合、アカウントを停止することがあります
3. プレミアムプラン
- プレミアムプランは月額・年額のサブスクリプション形式です
- 料金はApp Store・Google Playの表示価格に従います
- サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。更新停止は各ストアの設定から行ってください
- 無料トライアル期間終了後は自動的に課金が開始されます
- 一度購入したサブスクリプションの返金は、各ストアのポリシーに従います
4. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
- 不正な方法によるプレミアム機能の利用
- 他のユーザーや第三者への迷惑行為
- 法令に違反する行為
5. 免責事項
- 本アプリは医療・獣医療の代替を目的としたものではありません。小鳥の健康状態については必ず専門の獣医師にご相談ください
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません
- サービスの中断・終了に関して、開発者は事前に通知するよう努めますが、保証はできません
6. データについて
お客様が本アプリに入力したデータはお客様に帰属します。サービス終了時にはデータのエクスポート方法についてご案内します。
7. 規約の変更
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kotori Note (the "App"), provided by Chicomaru Studio (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Kotori Note is an application for tracking and managing your bird's weight, meals, and health. We offer both a free plan and a Premium plan.
2. Account
- A Google or Apple account is required to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- We may suspend accounts found to be misused
3. Premium Plan
- The Premium plan is available as a monthly or annual subscription
- Pricing is as displayed in the App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewal in your store settings
- Billing begins automatically after any free trial period ends
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play
4. Prohibited Activities
- Decompiling or reverse engineering the App
- Accessing Premium features through unauthorized means
- Harassing other users or third parties
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
5. Disclaimer
- The App is not a substitute for veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your bird's health
- The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
- The Developer will make reasonable efforts to notify users of service interruptions or termination
6. Your Data
Data you enter into the App belongs to you. In the event of service termination, we will provide guidance on how to export your data.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
